在古代，夏至又稱夏節(jié)，人們已在田間收獲了這一季的新麥，于是便有了夏至吃面的習(xí)俗。

Chinese ancestors also called it Summer Festival. People welcome the summer wheat harvest and eat noodles to celebrate this day.
